Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Life With Petals, we take great care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time.
Delivery Areas
- We deliver to Central Coast NSW and surrounding areas.
- Deliveries outside this area may be possible on request and may incur additional fees.
Delivery Times
- Standard deliveries are made during business hours, 9AM-4PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, but we will do our best to meet requests (e.g., morning or afternoon delivery).
- For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm
Special Deliveries
- Funerals & events: We prioritise these deliveries and ensure they arrive at the agreed time.
- Hospital deliveries: Please provide full details (ward, room number, patient name) to ensure smooth delivery.
Recipient Details
- Please ensure the recipient’s name, address, and contact number are correct.

If no one is home, our driver may:
- Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location, or
- Leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery (an additional fee may apply).

Pick-Up
- Orders can also be collected from our store at 5/252 Lakedge Ave, Berkeley Vale during business hours.
- Please select “Pick-Up” when placing your order and advise your preferred collection time.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
- Event or long-distance deliveries may incur extra charges, which we’ll confirm before processing your order.
